Mindful Crafting ClubFor ages 11 15 years and 16+ years Join Harmony Kids Yoga and Mindfulness for Mindful Crafting Club for teens ages 11 15 years and Adults 16+ old. Weekly sessions include: breathwork, mindful movement, and tools for reducing stress and anxiety. Inspiring crafts include golden mandala rocks and polaroid fabric photo frames.
