They are silver plated and the handles on both are wonderful. The sugar bowl measures 3 1 2 inches in height and 3 1 2 inches in diameter not including the side handles. The creamer jug measures 3 inches in height and 2 3 4 inches in diameter not including the side handle. They are not signed on the bottom but
Shipping is quite expensive as the frame is very large and very heavy so will be much cheaper if you do not need the frame
