Talisker Distiller's Edition Whisky 2021On the nose there is a sweet sultana smokiness. On the palate, crisp peat transistions to a depth of richness with sweet malt, and a heathery dryness. Sherry sweetmess replaces the usual pepper. The finish has notes of cocoa, vanilla, and a lingering peatiness.
