You may recognize Filipa from one of Portugals most famous winemaking families, the Patos. Her father Luis was instrumental in putting high quality, indigenous grape based wines on the map, and we featured her sister Maria in last months club. Filipa and William work biodynamically and with the help of a dedicated group of humans and animals they do
