Produced in La Compaa Ejutla, Oaxaca, by mezcaleros Gregorio and Gonzalo Hernandez.

Good intensity and weight with flavours of grapefruit

and the sweetness of natural honey

it boasts exceptionally long ageing using the traditional solera method

the finish is complemented by structured tannins and silky texture

evoking memories of candied fruits and vanilla
