2005 Gibson USA Thunderbird IV Studio Bass (Ebony)Made in the USA in 2005, the Thunderbird is one of Gibson's most popular designs. Mahogany body with a set neck construction and a rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 4. 5kg's. Looks to be all original with Grover branded tuners and Gibson pickups along with an adjustable Hipshot style bridge system. This one came to us from a gigging musician and has a few basic signs of road wear but has been professionally looked after over it's life and plays nicely

Unfortunately we don't have the pedal with this one but we had the electronics checked by a tech and they seemingly would work if you could find the pedal and cable (not guaranteed

The custom Paul McCartney inlay on the fretboard is very intricate and the entire guitar is very well built

This is one of the earlier models with no 9v output
