1993 Fernandes Japan TEJ-95S “Limited Edition” Telecaster w/Sustainer (Black)Made in Japan by Fernandes in 1989, the TEJ is an ultra modern variation on the Fender Telecaster design. The TEJ 95S was a high end model model with a basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard (22 frets 13. 75" radius, 648mm scale length), weighs just under 4kg's. These came factory loaded with the full Sustainer system that features two mini toggles (on off and harmonic selector) for a variety of sustain options. Previous owner replased the

pickup balancer and active bass/treble knobs

Shows basic signs of wear/tear with some patina to the hardware although it's fully functional and plays well as it sits

Set neck construction with the flip-out leg rest for seated playing

both necks are straight

Level (Effect Level) knob to control the level of the delay signal

Loaded with the original Greco stamped tuners and six-point tremolo along with the original factory Vandzandt single coils in the bridge and middle and a Seymour Duncan in the neck position (IR stickered)

Loaded with a pair of original Gibson humbuckers and electronics along with Japanese pots

the pickups are an Epiphone ProBucker-2 at the neck and a ProBucker-3 at the bridge and the circuit is wired to provide coil splitting and out-of-phase tones in addition to humbucking sounds

Well used condition with plenty of cosmetic dings

Made by the Matsumoku factory in early 1976

Action is currently medium as it's got a slight ski-ramp on the higher frets

but all the electronics are in there and look to be in good condition)
