Good structure with soft tannin. The finish is fresh, complex, persistent with fruit notes, subtle spicy undertones of rosemary, thyme and dry flowers. Decant for 30 minute before enjoying at 15 17C. Kaiken vineyards are managed in a biodynamic manner.
